“I’m Not Backing Down!” Steve Bannon Fires Back at Elon Musk Ahead of Trump Inauguration”

Former Trump adviser Steve Bannon warned Elon Musk that he would “rip his face off” if Musk continued to push for more U.S. visas. Hours before the start of Donald Trump’s second term as president, Bannon declared he would not back down in his ongoing feud with Musk.

Speaking to GB News, Bannon took a strong stance against Musk, who has invested heavily in Trump’s campaign and plans to attend the inauguration. The conflict revolves around H-1B visas, which allow U.S. companies to hire skilled foreign workers.

Bannon criticized Musk, saying, “He doesn’t understand the facts about these visas—they’re just a way to bring in cheap foreign labor and hurt American workers. When I proved him wrong, he tried to change the subject and turn on Nigel Farage.”

Bannon also defended Farage, leader of Reform UK, against Musk’s criticism. He praised Farage’s contributions to British politics and accused Musk of using his wealth and social media platform as “tactical weapons” in politics.

Despite their clash, Bannon hinted at the possibility of reconciliation: “If I can convince him to embrace populist nationalism instead of globalism, we’ll be fine.”

Bannon’s remarks come after weeks of rising tensions, including his call for a total immigration freeze, directly opposing Musk’s support for visa programs. He warned Musk, “Don’t come here and lecture people in your first week. If you keep pushing for more visas, I won’t hold back.”
