‘We are importing third world culture!’ Reform’s Lee Anderson issues dire warning as Channel crisis deepens

In a special video made for GB News members, Lee Anderson, a Reform UK Member of Parliament, gave a powerful warning as the number of migrants arriving in small boats hit a worrying new record.

Anderson praised GB News and its Home and Security Editor, Mark White, for their “fantastic work” in investigating and revealing the real size of the illegal migration crisis.

Speaking to GB News, Anderson said that Mark White’s latest report confirmed something many people had long suspected — that organized criminal gangs are heavily involved in helping people cross the Channel illegally. The report revealed that more than 10,000 migrants have crossed the Channel so far this year, a shocking number that highlights how serious the situation has become.

Anderson also shared troubling information about the dangers faced by some migrants even before reaching the UK. He said that many migrants have suffered knife injuries during violent fights in camps in France. This, he explained, shows how dangerous the criminal networks behind the crossings really are — both in Europe and once people reach Britain.

“We’re now seeing the impact on our own streets,” Anderson warned. “When you bring in third-world cultures, you also bring in third-world problems. We’re starting to experience these issues firsthand in London and other parts of the UK.”

His comments come at a time when illegal crossings are rising sharply. By mid-April 2025, over 8,000 migrants had arrived by small boats  a 46% jump compared to the same time last year. This surge has caused growing public worry and has increased pressure on the government to take stronger action to stop the crossings.

Anderson ended his message by once again thanking GB News and Mark White: “A huge thanks to GB News and Mark White for shining a light on this very important issue,” he said.
