Local Fumes As Asylum Seekers Moved Into ‘Beautiful Houses’ While Brits Fight for Housing!

People in Fareham, Hampshire, are very upset because the government plans to house illegal migrants in luxury apartments while 1,000 local residents are still waiting for social housing.

The issue is about high-end apartments in the Wallington area, which a local resident, Chris Douglas, calls “beautiful apartments” that most British taxpayers “can only dream of living in.”

Chris Douglas visited the apartments recently and was impressed by their luxurious features. He told GB News: “I was there yesterday, walking my dog. It’s a lovely area near Fareham, between Portsmouth and Winchester. Wallington is a small village nearby.

I was shocked when I saw the letter from Suella Braverman, our MP. She’s great, and she does a lot for us here.

But the community is worried because they plan to house illegal migrants in these beautiful apartments. These are the kind of places that British taxpayers, especially young people, can only dream of living in.”

He added: “This isn’t about racism or being intolerant. It’s about the lack of consultation and the pressure this will put on local services.

We have thousands of people in Fareham waiting for social housing, and it’s unfair that the Home Office seems to prioritize illegal migrants over local residents. It’s hard to believe.”

Chris also mentioned that Fareham is a military town near Portsmouth, with Navy and Army presence, and the community is used to welcoming people from around the world. He said: “We understand and accept that people come here to live. This isn’t about being racist.”

He expressed concerns about the location of the apartments, which are near two schools: “This area is between two schools, and children will be walking past these apartments every day.

We don’t know who these migrants are because they haven’t been vetted. If the Home Secretary insists on housing migrants here, could we at least have women and children instead?”
