Prince Harry ripped apart on GB News with brutal ‘safety’ rant after court challenge

Prince Harry’s latest trip back to the UK has caused quite a bit of talk, mostly about his ongoing battle over security arrangements when he’s in the country.

He’s argued that he doesn’t feel safe here without strong protection, which has led to a lot of raised eyebrows especially since he now lives in the United States, where gun violence is a much bigger problem.

A former politician, Norman Baker, didn’t hold back when discussing Harry’s claims on GB News. He pointed out the huge difference in gun crime between the two countries last year, the UK had just 22 gun-related murders, while the US had a shocking 40,000 gun incidents and over 500 mass shootings.

Baker seemed baffled, saying, “Harry claims he’s unsafe in Britain, but he’s happy to live in America with all that going on?” He also disagreed with Harry’s complaint that he’s being treated unfairly, saying security decisions shouldn’t be based on personal feelings but on real, professional assessments.

Another thing that bothered Baker was how little Harry has seen his father since King Charles revealed his cancer diagnosis earlier this year. The two have reportedly only met once since then, which Baker called “a bit poor.”

Harry’s court case happened at the same time as King Charles and Queen Camilla’s 20th wedding anniversary, but it’s not clear if father and son managed to meet up before Charles flew off to Italy for an important visit. There, the King made history by becoming the first British monarch ever to speak in front of the Italian parliament.

Back in the UK, the GB News team chatted about how Harry’s sudden court appearance was stealing attention from the King’s big moment.

One host mentioned that Harry seemed to have arranged his own security this time, while another pointed out that even though Harry’s drama had “knocked the King off the front pages,” Charles handled it all with his usual calm and dignity just carrying on with his duties without making a fuss.

So while Harry’s legal battles and security worries keep making headlines, the rest of the royal family is just getting on with things business as usual.
