Reform UK has reached its highest level of support ever, according to a new poll that places Nigel Farage’s party ahead of both Labour and the Conservatives.
The survey, conducted by Find Out Now, shows Reform leading with 29%, an increase of two points from the previous week. Labour is in second place with 25%, also up two points, while the Conservatives have dropped three points to 18%.
The Liberal Democrats have risen to 13%, gaining two points, while the Greens remain unchanged at 10%. The poll, which surveyed 2,487 British adults on Wednesday, is the latest sign of Reform UK’s growing momentum.
Earlier this week, Reform also topped a YouGov poll, securing 25% of the vote. Labour followed closely behind with 24%, while the Conservatives were in third place at 21%.
Nigel Farage, the leader of Reform UK, has suggested that there is a 34-45% chance he could become Prime Minister in the next general election. However, he also hinted that he may not necessarily be the one to lead the party forward if a younger and better candidate emerges.
Speaking to the Evening Standard, Farage said, “I’d say there’s a 35-45% chance. And by the way, it might not be me. Someone younger and better might come along. Somebody more suitable. And if they do, I’ll recognise them.”
He added, “I’m not an egomaniac. It doesn’t have to be me. At the moment, I’m the best person to do it.”
Reform UK’s surge in the polls has shaken up the political landscape, with both Labour and the Conservatives now facing significant competition from Farage’s party ahead of the next election.
