Watch This Brave MP STAND UP and WARN Keir Starmer About His “Secretive” EU Deal – What He Said STUNNED the House!

In Parliament , there was a strong argument about Brexit and whether the Prime Minister is staying true to what people voted for. One Member of Parliament stood up and said he was very upset because he believes the Prime Minister is going against the promises made during the Brexit vote. He reminded everyone that 17.5 million people voted to leave the European Union back in 2016.
Those people voted because they wanted the UK to take back control of its own laws and stop sending money to the EU. He pointed out that this number was much bigger than the number of people who voted Labour in the last election, which was about 9.7 million.
He accused the Prime Minister of giving control back to the EU by accepting new EU rules and agreeing to make payments again, even though the UK is no longer a member. According to the MP, this is the exact opposite of what people voted for. He said this kind of decision is not just disappointing—it’s a betrayal of the public’s trust. He warned that the Prime Minister would pay a political price because people would not forget this broken promise.
The Prime Minister replied and tried to calm the situation. He said that from the beginning, his government set clear red lines. They promised not to rejoin the European Union, not to become part of the EU’s single market or customs union, and not to bring back freedom of movement. These promises were important, and he claimed the government has kept them.
He added that even though many people said it would be impossible to make good trade deals while sticking to these promises, the UK has proved them wrong. He said Britain now has new deals with countries like India and the United States, and that wouldn’t be possible if the UK were still in the EU. These deals, he argued, show that Britain is moving forward and not going backwards.
But the argument didn’t stop there. The MP pushed further on immigration. He said that one of the big promises of Brexit was to control the borders and reduce immigration. But instead, after Brexit, the number of people moving to the UK went up sharply. He said net migration had nearly hit a million, which clearly shows that the government is not really in control of the borders.
The Prime Minister replied that the UK now has special access to the EU market without having to pay the full fees that EU member countries pay. He explained that any money the UK is giving to the EU now is only for things that are in the country’s interest, like funding scientific research. He said this is very different from the big payments the UK used to make as a full EU member. He also pointed out that these small payments support programs like Horizon, which helps British scientists and researchers work with others in Europe.
Still, many people watching this debate were left wondering who is really right. On one side, there’s a strong feeling that the government is slowly giving up the control it promised to take back. On the other side, the Prime Minister insists that the UK is more independent than ever and making smart choices for the country.
