Police make heartbreaking discovery after spotting 6-year-old girl and her dog wandering alone on the street

A little girl, only six years old, was found walking alone with her dog in a neighborhood in Deltona, Florida. It was a hot day, and she looked like she had been outside for a while. A woman who lives nearby noticed the girl and her dog in her yard.
