The End For Prince Harry? Exiled Royal Faces Being Booted Out of U.S. After Judge Makes Bombshell Ruling

Prince Harry could face potential deportation from the U.S. after a judge ordered the release of his visa files, which may reveal whether he lied about his drug use history on his immigration paperwork. Judge Carl Nichols of Washington has set a deadline of Tuesday, March 18, for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to make the files public. This decision comes after a lawsuit filed by the Heritage Foundation, a right-wing organization, which had its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for Harry’s visa records denied.

The controversy stems from Prince Harry’s past admissions of drug use, including cannabis, cocaine, and magic mushrooms, which he detailed in his memoir *Spare* and the Netflix docuseries about his life. The Heritage Foundation argues that if Harry’s visa application, submitted in March 2020, shows he denied using drugs, it could indicate he lied on his immigration forms. Such a revelation could have serious consequences, including potential deportation.

The situation has taken a political turn, with former President Donald Trump weighing in. Trump stated that he would not deport Prince Harry, joking that the Duke of Sussex “has enough problems with his wife,” Meghan Markle. Despite Trump’s comments, the Heritage Foundation has urged the government to release the files, emphasizing the importance of border security and the rule of law.

Judge Nichols initially denied the request to disclose all documents, citing privacy concerns. However, he has since reconsidered, expressing his intention to make as much information public as possible while still respecting Harry’s privacy. The DHS has argued that the documents are “particularly sensitive” and could reveal Harry’s immigration status, which remains private even for public figures.

The case has sparked debates about preferential treatment and the enforcement of immigration laws. If the released files show discrepancies between Harry’s admissions of drug use and his visa application, it could lead to further legal and political scrutiny.

Prince Harry’s openness about his past drug use, including his experiences with ayahuasca, a psychedelic drug, has added fuel to the controversy. The Heritage Foundation believes this could be a critical factor in determining whether he was truthful on his visa application.

As the deadline approaches, the public awaits the release of the documents, which could have significant implications for Prince Harry’s future in the U.S.
