Virginia McCullough, who is 36 years old, has been given a prison sentence of at least 36 years for the brutal murders of her parents. For four years, she hid their bodies in makeshift graves at their home in Chelmsford, England, trying to keep her crime a secret.

Virginia’s mother, Lois McCullough, was killed in a violent attack. Virginia beat and stabbed her several times. Later, she also killed her father, John McCullough, who was 70 years old, by giving him drugs that led to his death.

After their deaths, Virginia used her parents’ money as if nothing had happened. She spent around £150,000 on various things, including a £22,000 gambling spree.

The police uncovered the crime, and Virginia was arrested, leading to her recent sentencing. The court decided she would spend at least 36 years in prison because of the severe and cruel nature of her crimes.
